Return & Refund Policy
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- No returns on long shipping times.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the refund within 10 business days. Time may vary depending on your bank card issuer's policies.
- All orders will be processed on the closest Wednesday to your order. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships.
- Free shipping on ALL domestic orders.
- Shipping service selected by company at time of order processing.
- We GUARANTEE shipment arrival within 10 days of placing your order.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on all returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, it will be 100% of the product cost paid by you. We will not reimburse for the return shipping cost.
